Refund Policy
- Students are required to submit a drug screen and background check prior to registering. Completed drug screens and background tests must be provided to: help@knowvela.com. Please enter “Drug Screen - School of Pharmacy" in the subject line.
- Students are eligible for a full tuition refund for up to 14 days from the day the student registers for the program.
- Tuition refunds do not include other costs, including but not limited to, textbooks, drug screening or background check.
- Refunds will not be granted to students who fail the required drug test or background check. It is recommended that students complete and pass their drug test and background check prior to registering.
- Students who are given a full tuition refund will not be allowed to continue in the program.
- To request a tuition refund, send an email to: help@knowvela.com. Please enter “Refund Request – School of Pharmacy" in the subject line.
